1. The Agreement
These Terms govern your use of tamasic.dark and every purchase made from us. Entering the site — and certainly, completing a purchase — means you accept what is written here. If anything here does not sit with you, do not proceed.
2. Our Promise
Outlaw is a streetwear brand. Our terms are straightforward — we keep things honest and simple on purpose:
- We own what we make, you own what we sell you.
- We sell in good faith; we ask that you buy in good faith.
- These terms are binding on both sides.
3. Purchases & Orders
All orders are an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a confirmation email. Before that point, we may cancel any order for any reason — stock errors, fraud checks, shipping restrictions.
Accuracy of information
While we take care to describe every piece truthfully, the web is imperfect. Colours, weights, and textures may shift slightly between monitor and physical product.
4. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in USD by default. All taxes and duties applicable at the shipping destination are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotional codes may be issued for drop-list members from time to time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping applies to orders over $99. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; Express takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns
You may return unworn pieces in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Final-sale items, bespoke commissions, and mended pieces cannot be returned.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items. Start your return by emailing hello@outlaw.com — we'll send a prepaid label. Exchanges are always free.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, and patterns on this site are property of OUTLAW. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Editorial sharing with attribution is welcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Outlaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the piece in question.
